First volume of influential anthology is a virtual who’s who of comic talent and is full of exceptional work. Stand outs include editor Leach and Alan Moore’s ‘Ghostdance’ (of interest to Miracleman fans), Brian Bolland’s beautiful ‘Actress and the Bishop’, and Ted McKeever and Dave Gibbons’ exceptional ‘Survivor’, for which it is worth seeing out the book for. Recommended.
